The SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE PROMOTION SOCIETY (SAPS) Officially Recognized by EU Commission to Certify Organic products for import into the European Union. This prestigious recognition, granted under Regulation (EU) 2018/848 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1698 and secondary acts, This authorizes SAPS to carry out controls and issue official EU organic certificates for products imported into the European Union market.

SAPS is dedicated to the quality policy that will ensure that its inspection and certification services fully meet
requirements of all stake holders at all times by complying with the requirement of the standards applicable to the
operations

We provide confidence in our certification decisions through maintaining principles including but not limited to impartiality; competence; responsibility; openness; confidentiality and complaint resolution within the certification decision processes and products. We ensure that conflicts of interest are avoided, managed and objectivity of SAPS certification activities are maintained.
Continually improve services and process quality through managements, trainings and promotions of our employee.
Maintain International/national recognition of our services in support of client’s current and future requirements and expectations within stipulated time frame.
Inspection and certification processes will be subjected to continual review and improvements made to increase effectiveness of the management system defined in the quality manual.
Continually satisfy the requirements of ISO17065 and the related accreditation program and the other documents related to the various services offered by SAPS and issued by the relevant Accreditation Bodies.
This policy will be continually reviewed with respect to the changes in conformity assessment standards to ensure that it remains relevant and suitable.
